Repair, Service Terms will cover the shipping costs for sending a warranty replacement part out into the field. The shipping costs include standard shipping only. If you require overnight delivery of a warranty part, priority shipping charges will apply. Instructions on how to return the faulty warrantied part will be given to customer when the replacement part is delivered. ATM1Source will not pay for the return shipping of the faulty part. Customer understands that if no issues are found with the warranty item in question, customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from ATM1Source Customer understands they may also be responsible for the cost of the replacement part or a restocking fee for the returned part in question. All part warranty returns are subject to management approval and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All parts supplied by ATM1Source carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer’s defects. New ATM machine warranty will vary by each manufacturer; information can be found on the ATM manufacturer’s website.  

Customer understands that they Will be charged a restocking fee for all parts returned to ATM1Source This fee covers the cost of testing and verifying each part when they return to our facility. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to ATM1Source management approval.

All returned parts are subject to inspection and will be charged a restocking fee of 30%. ATM1Source reserves the right to refuse returned parts if their condition is deemed unacceptable. Examples of which include tampering, damaged parts & poor condition due to inadequate packaging. If it is deemed that the returned parts will not be accepted, Customer will be notified with the reason why and given the option of having the parts returned to them.
